What we collect, and why

• Enquiries. When you use our contact form we keep your name, email, phone (if given) and message so we can reply and arrange your event.
• Orders. For a pickup order we keep your name, phone and email to prepare the order, contact you about it and send your receipt.
• Receipts by email or text. If you ask for a receipt by email or text at the bar, we use that email address or mobile number to send that receipt. We do not add you to any mailing list or text you anything else.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Text messages

We only send a text when you ask for a receipt by text. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our SMS terms.

Who else handles your information

Only the services that run our business on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (sending receipt emails and texts, and hosting), and our point-of-sale provider. They may use it only to provide those services. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable time after.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using our contact page. To stop receipt texts, reply STOP to any of them.
